1. Definitions and Contract Formation

• "We", "Us", "Seller" refers to John Witherden trading as Witherdens also known as Witherden's Workshop

• "Goods" means the items listed in our catalogue/website.

• No contract exists until we send you an Order Confirmation or dispatch the goods. 

2. Orders and Pricing

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices due to tax changes or errors. 

3. Payment

• Payment is required in full before dispatch.

• Accepted methods: Debit Card, Credit Card. 

4. Delivery

• Goods will be delivered to the address provided.

• Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. 

5. Cancellation and Returns (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

• You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods.

• To cancel, you must notify us in writing. Goods must be returned at your cost within 14 days of cancellation.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. 

6. Faulty Goods

• If goods are damaged or faulty, contact us within [e.g., 30 days] for a repair, replacement, or refund. 

7. Title and Risk

• Risk passes to you upon delivery.

• Title (ownership) of the goods remains with us until full payment is received. 

8. Liability

• We are not liable for business losses or failures beyond our control (force majeure). 

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales/Scotland/Northern Ireland.
